Return & Refunds

Our return policy is 7 days from the day it is delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the unused items in it's original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

NOTE:

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing & Shipping 

Any custom tumblers are handmade upon ordering.  Tumblers take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to create & little things like the weather can affect cup drying and curing times. I will do my best to have cups shipped out as soon as they are ready, however, I will not rush your tumbler without ensuring it is completely cured.  Please expect your cup in 3-5 weeks after ordering depending on how many orders I am currently working on.

I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items due to incorrect shipping information. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. USPS Priority Shipping includes insurance, so anything lost we can file a claim for and you can be reimbursed. Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date and current prior to placing your order.
